how it all began ..

My name is Kay Sinpraseuth and besides being the founder of pin’d bridal hair styling & beauty, I’m a wife and mother to 2 beautiful babies. I am a lover of God and people! 

I’m a creative at heart – growing up in music & performing arts. I studied music and performed regularly as a singer, before the bridal industry called me out to channel my creativity into the ultimate artistry of bridal hair styling at the ripe age of 17 years old!

Despite entering the bridal industry in my later teens, I’ve always loved hair, having had the greatest hair mannequins – my two older sisters – to practice plaits and braids on when I was a little girl. My sisters have since been my biggest supporters; one of whom assists me on-the-job & the other who supports pin’d behind-the-scenes with website management, video-creation and editing.

I am a self-taught bridal hair stylist, who has professionally developed through practice & adaptation of other stylists’ techniques. I’ve now been in the bridal hair styling industry for 11 years and the hundreds of experiences I have had with past brides have shaped me to be the artist that I am today. I have absolute passion & love for this industry, which is what continues to drive me to be the best bridal hair stylist I can be for all of my future brides.
